Long Limestone Slab Sink with Oval Basin and Drainboards

A single long limestone slab worked into one continuous sink: a deep oval bowl at the centre, flanked by two large recessed drainboard panels that run almost to the ends. The recesses are shallow and smooth where the stone has been rubbed down, while the outer rim is left sandy and coarse. Soft brown and grey clouding moves through the surface of the bowl. Shown mounted flat against a wall, its length is its defining quality. Suited to farmhouse and country kitchens, sculleries, utility and boot rooms and outdoor kitchens.
