Limestone Console Sink with Backsplash and Scroll Legs

A console form reclaimed limestone sink in cool grey stone, carved as a wide slab top with a shallow round basin dished straight into it. A separate shaped backsplash stands behind, its upper edge cut in a flattened arch with stepped shoulders. The slab is moulded along its front edge and carried on two scrolled consoles with carved leaf faces. The surface is uniformly open and pocked with small natural voids. A composed piece for a primary bathroom, powder room, spa environment or a restoration project wanting a complete antique stone sink.
